I'm having trouble installing TimeTrackerCC. The error is that I must make sure my Manifest.xml of the extension is valid, and the EM recognises at least one product. I've installed and opened all adobe softwares. Any help?

I'm having an issue installing TimeTrackerCC extension on my machine. I've already installed all the Adobe softwares and have started using Ps, Id, Ai + Dw, but it seems like the Extension Manager can't recognise them. When I try to install TimeTrackerCC, I get this error:

Failed to install the extension 'TimeTrackerCC'. Please make sure the manifest.xml of this extension is valid and the Extension Manager recognizes at least one product which the extension supports

Is anyone able to assist?
