My programs on the creative cloud won't show up in the extension manager.

Hi I am trying to install an extension to Flash but it won't show up in my extension manager and neither will any of my other programs.

I am trying to install the Keyframe Caddy Pro extension and it says to go to Windows -> Extensions -> Keyframe Caddy, but I couldn't find it there so it said to install it manually with extension manager.
