Have tried to download several extensions from the Exchange with Extension Manager CS6 (I am using CS6 on Windows 10). Although it shows "Acquired" next to the 'View my Add ons' box nothing happens. I have tried downloading with the blue box but get the message in Extension Manager 'The extension package is invalid. The extension will not be installed.' How do I solve this?
