Extension manager CS6 does not stop loading extensions

Hi!

I'm using Extension manager CS6, but newly on Windows 10.

All udate to my Adobe Production Prenium CS6 suite are done.

When i start it, it doesn't stop to load (clock cursor) extensions (i did not install any extension for now).

I must used the Windows  task manager to stop it.

Any solution?
