extension manager hangs up

I use a PC Windows 7.   I followed the suggestions made to me in that thread.

1. Uninstalled CS6 (web suite)
2. downloaded and ran CS Cleaner Tool
3. reinstalled CS6
4. reinstalled Extension Manager.

Extension Manager still hangs up.  The extenion loading bar gets to about 75% and then hangs.

Any suggestions?
