l cannot open extension manage

I have install Extension Manage from Creative Cloud  as l purchased a program call SergeLandscapeEssentialEffectts Full add-on, l have tried to open this program in Photos Shop but cannot not. When l open Extension Manage all it did was keep running it when for 45min before l closed it down it is called Adobe Extension Manage CC and when it opens up there is Photoshop & Other on the left hand side and the file that Photoshop should open on the right hand side but as l have said it just keep running,. I have Windows 8 & Photoshop CC.   Hope you can help me.  Donna Hahne
